Product Information and Pricing

anyyhand Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If an error affects product information, pricing, or availability, anyyhand Store may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variation — such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; anyyhand Store cannot guarantee that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by anyyhand Store. anyyhand Store may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless anyyhand Store agrees otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and chosen time slot. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of anyyhand Store's services shall first be submitted to anyyhand Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

anyyhand Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
